The Eagan Men’s Chorus

The Eagan Men’s Chorus [website] performed at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church on Eagan. They are always a treat to hear and I loved the selection of songs. Songs like “The Whiffenpoof Song,” “You’ve Got to Stand for Something,” and “Battle Hymn of the Republic.”

This group had Sperry as its original sponsor and has gone through a number of changes over the years. As part of their 30th Anniversary celebration, the last part of the program included previous directors, accompanists, and chorus members.

During the course of the year, they perform at various senior residences, nursing homes, and veteran facilities. Part of their funding comes from the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
